Job Description:

We are seeking a high-energy and customer-centric Customer Service Representative to serve as the voice of our brand. In the competitive food and hospitality industry, the difference between a one-time order and a lifelong customer is the quality of the interaction. This role is designed for a "Service Ambassador", a professional with at least 1 year of experience who can blend warm interpersonal skills with the technical grit required to manage complex orders across multiple digital channels.

Your mission is to ensure "Frictionless Service and Brand Loyalty." You will be the operational bridge between our customers and the production team: responsible for guiding guests through our menu, resolving service hitches with professional poise, and utilizing CRM tools to ensure no detail is missed. Requirements:

1. Omnichannel Engagement & Sales Advocacy

• Digital & Voice Management: Actively engage with customers via Phone, WhatsApp Business, Email, and in-person, ensuring a consistent and professional brand voice across all touchpoints.

• Menu Architecture: Serve as a knowledgeable guide, promoting our products by suggesting popular items and seasonal specials to maximize order value.

• Order Orchestration: Assist customers with the end-to-end process of placing, tracking, or modifying food orders with surgical precision.

2. Service Recovery & Operational Synergy

• Swift Resolution: Act as the primary responder for customer complaints, utilizing empathetic communication and problem-solving skills to turn service hitches into positive outcomes.

• Kitchen & Logistics Liaison: Maintain real-time communication with the kitchen and delivery teams to ensure order accuracy and timely dispatch.

• Process Improvement: Actively capture and provide field-level feedback to management to help refine service delivery and operational workflows.

3. CRM Governance & Technical Accuracy

• Data Stewardship: Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, preferences, and feedback within the CRM system to personalize future service.

• POS & Digital Competence: Efficiently handle Point of Sale (POS) systems and digital communication tools to ensure financial and administrative accuracy.

• Performance Reporting: Track and report on common customer inquiries and feedback trends to support data-driven service enhancements.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Minimum HND/BSc in Hospitality, Communications, Business Administration, or related social science fields.

• Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the food, retail, or hospitality sectors.

• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, and POS software.
