Job Description:
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Guide customers through digital onboarding and KYC processes.
- Educate clients on fintech products and services, including loans, wallets, investments, or payment solutions.
- Resolve product or service issues promptly, collaborating with internal teams as needed.
- Monitor customer usage and proactively engage inactive or at-risk users.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback using CRM tools.
- Collect and escalate user insights to product teams to improve customer experience.
- Support marketing and upselling of new features or products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in fintech, banking, or tech startups.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho), chat systems, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
