Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive CRM Officer to serve as the backbone of our customer engagement operations in Lagos. In this role, you will be the bridge between our business goals and our technical infrastructure. You will be responsible for administering, optimizing, and maintaining our CRM system, ensuring that it not only functions seamlessly but also empowers our teams to make data-driven decisions. Requirements:
Strategic Operations: Partner with internal teams to understand their operational challenges, translating business needs into effective CRM solutions and workflows.
System Administration: Oversee the technical health of the CRM, including managing user permissions, custom objects, page layouts, data validation rules, and approval processes.
Automation & Integration: Design and optimize complex automation workflows to improve operational efficiency; coordinate integrations between the CRM and third-party apps or plugins.
Data Intelligence: Act as our data expert by creating robust dashboards and reports, providing actionable insights into team productivity, sales performance, and operational effectiveness.
Support & Adoption: Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and bug fixes. Lead training initiatives to maximize user adoption and maintain comprehensive documentation.
Data Governance: Proactively identify and resolve data anomalies to ensure high standards of data integrity across the platform.
Qualifications and Skills:
CRM Expertise: Proven ability to administer and configure CRM systems, including the setup of custom objects, workflows, and security profiles.
Sales Alignment: Prior experience working directly with sales teams, understanding their workflows, and implementing solutions that drive their success.
Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in automating business processes, building reports/dashboards, and performing data modeling.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across different departments.
Technical Passion: A genuine interest in the intersection of technology and business strategy—specifically within marketing, SEO, HR/Recruiting, and general corporate tech stacks.
Professional Attributes: Highly diligent, enthusiastic, and capable of working independently to solve complex problems.
