Job Description:
- Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments
- Monitor daily receivable aging and ensure compliance with company credit policy
- Follow up with customers on overdue invoices and allocate payments accurately
- Perform regular account reconciliations to resolve discrepancies
- Ensure proper documentation and management of WHT (Withholding Tax) receipts
- Prepare and submit weekly follow-up reports and monthly credit compliance reports
- Ensure all collections are properly reconciled with bank records to prevent revenue leakage
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND Upper Credit or B.Sc (Second Class Lower) in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounts receivable and general accounting principles
- Understanding of debit and credit processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- High level of integrity and resilience.
Salary
