We provide full technical support service throughout the country to all our customers and prospects. Our technical bakers will visit you in your bakery, to test, support and advise. We will not only validate processes but also where required advise on improvements both technical as well as process.

Job Description:

We are seeking a numerically sharp, process-obsessed, and growth-oriented Operational Governor to anchor the efficiency immune system and Kaizen engine of our flour manufacturing facility in Sapele. In the high-velocity world of milling where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of production output and the precision of the waste-filter success is defined by "Process Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize complex milling workflows with the clinical precision required for Lean-Architecture Governance, Data-Driven Performance Stewardship, and High-Fidelity Kaizen Momentum. This role is designed as an "Operational Command Center" a critical residency for an aspiring operations professional who can blend "Analytical Grit" (mastering the complexities of process observation and data-tracking) with the "Structural Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity CI Workflows.

Requirements:

1. Process Sovereignty & Lean Architecture

• Sovereignty of Flow: Observe and document production/support processes, acting as the primary "Source of Institutional-Efficiency Throughput."

• Lean Architecture: Support Kaizen initiatives and CI projects (5S, Standard Work), providing the "Structural Foundation" for systematic waste elimination.

• Integrity Stewardship: Participate in Gemba walks and process audits, ensuring the "Source of Operational-Reality Truth" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Governance Sovereignty & Data Intelligence

• Data Sovereignty: Collect and analyze operational metrics (downtime/waste/output), acting as the primary "Source of Performance-Insight Momentum."

• Strategy Architecture: Assist in the creation of CI dashboards and reports, providing the "Functional Foundation" for data-led management decision-making.

• Governance Stewardship: Track improvement actions and audit compliance, maintaining the "Source of Operational-Governance."

3. Operational Fidelity & Execution Power

• Diagnostic Sovereignty: Utilize basic problem-solving tools to identify process inefficiencies, acting as the primary "Source of Bottleneck-Resolution."

• Execution Architecture: Assist in CI training and meeting facilitation, providing the "Relational Foundation" for a culture of operational excellence.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize Excel-Aptitude to accelerate the "Insight-to-Action" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Organizational-Productivity Momentum."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Milling Technology, or related discipline.

• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or operations environment.

• Technical Power: Mastery of Basic/Intermediate MS Excel, Analytical Thinking, and an active interest in Lean/CI Principles.

• Aptitude: Exceptional communication, teamwork, and a "growth-first" learning mindset; ability to observe processes and identify inefficiencies with high attention to detail.

• Mindset: Disciplined, detail-oriented, and ready to maintain "Process Sovereignty" in a high-demand flour manufacturing environment.
