Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Continental Chef to anchor the gastronomic engine of our Warri-based facility. In a specialized dining landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the service and the precision of the flavor profile success is defined by "Culinary Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize international recipes with the clinical precision required for Menu Innovation, Food Portioning, and Health Safety Compliance. This role is designed for a "Gastronomic Architect", specifically a professional with at least 3 years of experience who can blend "Technical Grit" (mastering continental cuisines and inventory monitoring) with the "Creative Agility" required to update menus and handle special dietary requests for staff and guests.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Gastronomic Governance

  • Menu Sovereignty: Prepare and present a variety of continental dishes with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of International Flavor."

  • Standard Architecture: Develop and update menus in line with dietary needs, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a consistent dining experience.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations, ensuring the "Source of Kitchen Safety" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Operational Logic

  • Inventory Sovereignty: Monitor food storage and minimize wastage through precise portioning, acting as the primary "Source of Cost-Efficient Production."

  • Cleanliness Architecture: Supervise kitchen operations and maintain absolute hygiene at all times, providing the "Functional Foundation" for a professional culinary environment.

  • Planning Stewardship: Collaborate with management on meal planning and innovative ideas, maintaining the "Source of Culinary Innovation."

3. Operational Integrity & Service Power

  • Pressure Sovereignty: Work independently and maintain elite standards during peak service hours, acting as the primary "Source of Reliable Output."

  • Interpersonal Architecture: Maintain professional attitudes and interpersonal synergy with guests and staff, providing the "Relational Foundation" for service excellence.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize 3+ years of professional culinary expertise to accelerate the "Prep-to-Plate" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Kitchen Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Minimum of SSCE qualification.

  • Experience: 3 years and above as a Continental Chef or in a similar professional role.

  • Technical Power: Strong knowledge of international cuisines and food handling regulations.

  • Advantage: Culinary certification or experience in corporate/industrial kitchen settings.
