Job Description:
Capsgain Solutions is seeking a high-velocity Content Creator/Strategist to serve as the creative engine behind our e-commerce growth. In the modern attention economy, a video is only as good as its ability to stop the scroll and trigger a purchase. This role is designed for a "Direct-Response Architect", someone who understands the psychology of TikTok and Facebook ads and can combine UGC-style authenticity with high-converting sales triggers.
Your mission is to turn views into revenue. You will be responsible for the entire creative lifecycle: from sourcing viral trends and scripting 5-second hooks to filming face-to-camera content and leveraging AI tools for rapid iteration. If you are obsessed with testing creative angles and possess a results-driven mindset, we want you to lead our content strategy in Lagos.
Requirements:
1. High-Conversion Content Architecture
The "First 5" Strategy: Design and execute scroll-stopping hooks specifically engineered to capture attention within the first 5 seconds of play.
UGC & Social-First Production: Shoot and edit engaging, User-Generated Content (UGC) style videos that feel native to social platforms while strategically positioning products for sale.
AI-Assisted Ideation: Utilize advanced AI tools to generate high-volume content ideas, scripts, and video variations to maintain a fresh and diverse creative pipeline.
2. Strategic Growth & Trend Analysis
Trend Mining: Daily sourcing of high-performing video ideas and viral trends from TikTok and Meta platforms to inform our creative direction.
Diversified Concepting: Develop and test fresh creative concepts to avoid "creative fatigue" and content monotony across advertising accounts.
Network Collaboration: Work with external creators and your personal network to produce diverse, relatable content that appeals to multiple consumer personas.
3. Performance Optimization & Data Iteration
Creative Testing: Continuously test different hooks, visual angles, and CTA (Call to Action) variations based on performance data and conversion metrics.
Sales Psychology: Apply a deep understanding of e-commerce selling psychology to ensure every piece of content drives the viewer toward a specific purchase action.
Technical Editing: Master high-speed editing using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools to produce polished, platform-optimized video ads.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Creative Arts, Digital Media, or a related field.
Experience: A proven portfolio of viral or high-engagement short-form content (TikTok/Reels/Shorts) that has demonstrably driven sales or engagement.
Technical Mastery: Proficiency in mobile/desktop video editing and the ability to integrate AI content generators into your workflow.
Location: Must reside in Lagos.
