Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary Content Creator & Brand Storyteller to be the heartbeat of our premium lifestyle and personal care brand. You are a visual artist and a narrative strategist who knows exactly how to capture the "vibe" of a brand and translate it into content that stops the scroll. Requirements:

• Visual Storytelling: Translate our brand essence into compelling narratives across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You will manage the full content lifecycle from the "first look" behind-the-scenes to polished promotional campaigns.

• Production Excellence: Lead the planning, filming, and production of high-quality video and photo assets. Whether it’s trend-based Reels, educational deep-dives, or lifestyle content, you ensure every pixel aligns with our premium visual identity.

• Creative Strategy: Generate original content ideas that push boundaries. You will keep a pulse on audience behavior and emerging digital trends to keep our brand fresh, innovative, and highly relevant.

• Post-Production Mastery: Edit and polish video content using industry-standard tools. You are responsible for adding the flair—captions, transitions, and visual effects—that maximize engagement and watch time.

• Brand Growth: Actively contribute to our marketing initiatives, monitoring content analytics to ensure our storytelling efforts are delivering measurable impact on brand awareness and audience growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on content creation for brands or successful personal brands.

• Portfolio Focus: Your portfolio is our primary evaluation tool; it must showcase high-level videography, storytelling, and editing capabilities.

• Technical Proficiency:

  • Editing Suite: High competency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or Final Cut Pro.

  • Platform Mastery: Expert understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts algorithms.

• Creative DNA:

  • A natural storyteller with the ability to conceptualize ideas independently and execute them flawlessly.

  • Experience in lifestyle, beauty, wellness, or luxury brands is a significant advantage.

  • An eye for aesthetic detail and a deep understanding of visual brand consistency.
