Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally eliteCompliance & Regulatory Officer to anchor the governance engine of the organization. In a specialized corporate landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the adaptation and the precision of the filing success is defined by "Regulatory Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize complex legal requirements with the clinical precision required for Risk Assessment, Internal Controls, and Statutory Reporting. This role is designed for a "Governance Architect" with a First Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics and 2–3 years of internal control experience who can blend "Legal Grit" (interpreting applicable laws) with the "Strategic Agility" required to foster a culture of integrity across all business units.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Framework Governance
Policy Sovereignty: Develop and maintain high-fidelity compliance frameworks and procedures, acting as the primary "Source of Organizational Standards."
Regulatory Architecture: Monitor and interpret industry standards and laws, providing the "Structural Foundation" for seamless organizational compliance.
Integrity Stewardship: Foster a culture of accountability and escalate non-compliance issues, ensuring the "Source of Ethical Conduct" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Risk Logic
Risk Sovereignty: Identify and assess compliance risks and control gaps, acting as the primary "Source of Risk Mitigation."
Review Architecture: Conduct periodic compliance reviews across business units, providing the "Functional Foundation" for corrective action and process improvement.
Testing Stewardship: Execute compliance testing and audits to evaluate control effectiveness, maintaining the "Source of Operational Validation."
3. Operational Integrity & Regulatory Power
Reporting Sovereignty: Ensure timely statutory filings and returns with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Regulatory Accuracy."
Advisory Architecture: Provide expert guidance to departments on best practices and regulatory updates, providing the "Relational Foundation" for cross-functional synergy.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 2–3 years of internal control expertise to track regulatory changes and assess their impact on operations, maximizing the "Source of Institutional Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: First Degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: 2 – 3 years of relevant internal control or compliance experience.
Technical Power: Strong understanding of Internal Control Principles and data analysis.
Domain Mastery: High-level knowledge of Corporate Governance and industry-specific laws.
