Job Description:

• We are looking for a detail-oriented Compliance Officer to ensure the organization operates within legal and regulatory frameworks while maintaining internal policies and ethical standards.
• The ideal candidate will monitor compliance, identify risks, and support management in fostering a culture of integrity and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and review company compliance policies and procedures
• Monitor daily operations to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal standards
• Conduct regular compliance audits, risk assessments, and investigations
• Prepare and submit compliance reports to management and regulatory bodies
• Advise management and staff on compliance requirements and best practices
• Keep up to date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Train employees on compliance policies, ethics, and regulatory obligations
• Liaise with external auditors, regulators, and legal advisors as required
• Investigate compliance breaches and recommend corrective action.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Compliance Officer or similar role (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance procedures
• Excellent analytical, attention-to-detail, and problem-solving skills
• High ethical standards and professional integrity
• Strong communication and report-writing abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and compliance management tools.
