Job Description:

• The Design Engineer is responsible for preparing accurate designs for HVAC, VRF, and plumbing systems.
• This role involves performing essential calculations and cost inputs while coordinating with architects, consultants, and vendors to deliver technically compliant and coordinated design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Proven experience in HVAC, VRF, and plumbing system design.
• Ability to independently carry out engineering calculations and prepare detailed design documentation.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with other design software is a plus.
• Experience coordinating with architects, consultants, and equipment vendors to ensure project success.
• Exposure to estimation, Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation, or tender support is advantageous.

Requirements:

• Ability to independently conduct engineering calculations and prepare comprehensive design documentation.
• Proven expertise in HVAC, VRF, and plumbing system design.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with additional design software is beneficial.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the HVAC and plumbing engineering fields.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong technical and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
