Job Description:

• Supervise all civil construction activities, including foundations, structural works, and site infrastructure.
• Ensure all work aligns with engineering drawings, project specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
• Monitor civil works progress, quality assurance, and quality control (QA/QC) compliance.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare daily/weekly reports on construction progress.
• Liaise with project engineers, HSE officers, and management to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with local construction codes, environmental, and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Civil construction supervision and site management.
• Foundation and structural design understanding.
• Strong QA/QC knowledge and implementation.
• Familiarity with renewable energy infrastructure standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 8 - 10 years of experience in civil construction, specifically within solar and/or wind energy projects.
• Certifications: Valid construction safety and QA/QC certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent).
