Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Chief Operating Officer to anchor the entire commercial and operational engine of our Oil Palm enterprise. In the specialized agribusiness landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the efficiency of the plantation-to-mill relay and the precision of the sustainability-filter success is defined by "Operational Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize complex field operations with the clinical precision required for Resource Modernization, Yield Maximization, and Regulatory Fidelity. This role is designed for an "Agribusiness Architect" specifically a senior leader with 15+ years of experience who can blend "Field Grit" (mastering plantation/milling logistics) with the "Strategic Agility" required to execute Market Expansion and Investor-Grade Governance.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Value-Chain Governance

• Sovereignty of the Chain: Oversee end-to-end plantation and milling operations, acting as the primary "Source of Operational Throughput."

• Modernization Architecture: Drive mechanization and modernization initiatives, providing the "Structural Foundation" for scaling production and yield.

• Integrity Stewardship: Ensure strict compliance with RSPO, ISO, and regulatory standards, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Conduct" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Strategic Architecture & Growth Logic

• Sustainability Sovereignty: Align operational growth with ESG/RSPO mandates, acting as the primary "Source of Long-Term Value Creation."

• Strategy Architecture: Support the MD/CEO in defining and executing corporate strategy, providing the "Functional Foundation" for organizational evolution.

• Stakeholder Stewardship: Manage community relations, operational risks, and investor engagements, maintaining the "Source of Institutional Trust."

3. Economic Sovereignty & Performance Architecture

• Budgetary Sovereignty: Manage operational budgets and control costs, acting as the primary "Source of Fiscal Profitability."

• Efficiency Architecture: Implement performance-tracking systems to monitor KPIs across the board, providing the "Relational Foundation" for data-driven board reporting.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize Lean Six Sigma/PMP expertise to accelerate the "Field-to-Market" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Agribusiness Momentum."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA highly preferred).

• Experience: 15+ years in agribusiness/plantation operations, with at least 5+ years in senior leadership (C-suite/VP).

• Technical Power: Deep expertise in oil palm operations, sustainability standards, and supply chain management.

• Certifications: Preference for PMP, Lean Six Sigma, RSPO/ISO lead auditor, or NEBOSH/IOSH credentials.

• Aptitude: Exceptional executive presence, capable of navigating complex stakeholder environments and leading multi-disciplinary teams.
