We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Chief Operating Officer to anchor the operational engine of Bridgemead’s oil palm ecosystem. In a specialized agribusiness landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the harvest-to-refinery cycle and the precision of the extraction yield success is defined by "Industrial Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize plantation, milling, refining, and logistics with the clinical precision required for Vertical Integration, Cost Optimization, and Strategic Expansion. This role is designed for an "Operational Architect", specifically a professional with 15+ years of experience (at least 5 in senior leadership) who can blend "Technical Grit" (mastering agribusiness manufacturing and supply chain logic) with the "Strategic Agility" required to lead business investments and large-scale operational initiatives.

1. Orchestration & Ecosystem Governance

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: MSc, BSc, or HND in Agriculture, Engineering, or Business Administration. An MBA or executive certification is preferred.

• Experience: 15+ years in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

• Industry Focus: Proven success in Agribusiness (specifically Oil Palm/Process Manufacturing) or large-scale manufacturing.

• Geographic Scope: Capability to oversee operations across Lagos and Ondo State.
