Job Description:

In a specialized retail landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the transaction and the precision of the fiscal relay success is defined by "Transactional Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize high-volume sales with the clinical precision required for Multi-Channel Payments (Cash, Transfer, POS), Receipt Issuance, and Daily Reconciliation. This role is designed for a "Fiscal Architect" who can blend "Numerical Grit" (managing daily sales records) with the "Relational Agility" required to execute Professional Customer Service.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Revenue Governance

• Sovereignty of the Transaction: Handle customer payments with high-velocity accuracy across Cash, Transfers, and POS, acting as the primary "Source of Fiscal Security."

• Procedural Architecture: Issue receipts and verify payment success for every transaction, providing the "Structural Foundation" for sales integrity.

• Integrity Stewardship: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of daily sales, ensuring the "Source of Revenue Data" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Communication Logic

• Service Sovereignty: Attend to bakery customers politely and professionally, acting as the primary "Source of Brand First Impressions."

• Accuracy Architecture: Utilize strong numerical skills to manage change and totalize bills, providing the "Functional Foundation" for error-free transactions.

• Reporting Stewardship: Promptly identify and report any discrepancies or issues to management, maintaining the "Source of Operational Transparency."

3. Operational Integrity & Influence Power

• Aesthetic Sovereignty: Ensure the checkout and payment areas remain clean and organized, acting as the primary "Source of Visual Standards."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar retail role is a significant advantage.

• Technical Power: Basic knowledge of POS systems and professional cash handling procedures.

• Numerical IQ: Strong numerical and record-keeping skills with a high attention to detail.
