Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Business Manager to anchor the operational and growth engine of our Apo, Abuja office. In the competitive federal capital landscape, success is defined by "Commercial Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-level business strategies with the clinical precision required for Contract Procurement, Project Lifecycle Management, and Financial Oversight. This role is designed for a "Growth Architect" with 5+ years of experience who can blend "Technical Grit" (mastery of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace) with the "Leadership Agility" required to drive market expansion and lead high-performing teams.

Requirements:

1. Strategy Orchestration & Operational Governance

  • Growth Sovereignty: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve aggressive company goals, acting as the primary "Source of Market Expansion."

  • Process Architecture: Oversee daily operations with millimetric focus, providing the "Structural Foundation" for efficiency and industry compliance.

  • Opportunity Stewardship: Identify new business opportunities and drive initiatives to increase footprint, ensuring the "Source of Revenue Diversity" is robust.

2. Fiscal Resilience & Project Logic

  • Financial Sovereignty: Manage budgets and financial planning with clinical focus, acting as the primary "Source of Fiscal Integrity."

  • Project Architecture: Lead teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for successful contract execution.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile
