Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Business Manager to anchor the operational and growth engine of our Apo, Abuja office. In the competitive federal capital landscape, success is defined by "Commercial Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-level business strategies with the clinical precision required for Contract Procurement, Project Lifecycle Management, and Financial Oversight. This role is designed for a "Growth Architect" with 5+ years of experience who can blend "Technical Grit" (mastery of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace) with the "Leadership Agility" required to drive market expansion and lead high-performing teams.

Requirements:

1. Strategy Orchestration & Operational Governance

• Growth Sovereignty: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve aggressive company goals, acting as the primary "Source of Market Expansion."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management (MBA is a high-value strategic advantage).

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in contract procurement and project management.

• Technical Mastery: Excellent IT skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and at least two Google Workspace tools.
