Job Description:

We are seeking energetic, results-driven, and highly mobile Business Development & Field Marketing Officers to spearhead our market expansion and customer acquisition in Calabar. This is a dynamic, field-oriented role where you will be the face of SAQ Beverages, building relationships with retailers, distributors, and the hospitality sector. Requirements:

• Market Penetration & Acquisition: Actively identify and convert new retail, wholesale, and institutional leads. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including supermarket owners, hotel managers, restaurant operators, and event vendors.

• Sales Growth: Drive revenue by promoting product advantages and pricing. You will manage the full sales cycle—from initial prospecting and account activation to securing repeat orders and driving customer retention.

• Territory Execution: Map your assigned territory to identify customer clusters. Execute structured daily coverage plans to ensure maximum visibility and market presence for our product range.

• Market Intelligence: Serve as our eyes and ears on the ground. Provide consistent feedback on competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences to management.

• Reporting & Accountability: Maintain rigorous documentation of all field activities, customer interactions, and sales performance. Consistency in reporting is critical to your success in this role.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Economics, or a related field.

• Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in FMCG sales, field marketing, trade marketing, or business development.
