Job Description:

We are seeking a commercially astute, and strategically minded Business Development Manager to lead our client acquisition and campaign monetization framework. Operating as the primary vanguard for revenue growth and strategic advertiser retention, you will hold absolute operational accountability for our commercial numbers bridging the gap between raw lead generation and full transaction lifecycle execution.

Requirements:

1. Lead Architecture & Pipeline Velocity Management

  • Prospect Generation: Architect and execute structured lead-generation frameworks to discover and onboard high-tier corporate advertisers, digital agencies, brand managers, and cross-industry media buyers.

  • Pipeline Optimization: Manage the end-to-end commercial funnel—systematically qualifying enterprise accounts, tracking conversion metrics, and driving pipeline velocity from early engagement down to closing.

2. Commercial Engineering, Pricing & Deal Structuring

  • Proposal Design: Direct the development of institutional-grade sales pitches, custom media decks, and campaign proposals tailored to the specific target audiences of prospective corporate partners.

  • Pricing & Margin Controls: Formulate and enforce rigid pricing structures, discount parameters, and campaign yield modeling to guarantee premium profit margins and strict commercial viability before contract finalization.

  • Operational Alignment: Collaborate with internal creative, technical, and operational fulfillment squads to verify that all customized sales commitments and placement timelines fit perfectly within active operational capacities.

3. Elite Contracting & Strategic Deal Closure

  • B2B Negotiations: Interface directly with procurement heads, marketing directors, and C-suite stakeholders to lead high-stakes commercial negotiations, overcome budget barriers, and secure high-value long-term contracts.

  • Contract Management: Oversee the drafting, finalization, and execution of legal campaign service agreements, minimizing corporate legal exposures while preserving commercial flexibility.

4. Client Relationship Retention & Revenue Tracking

  • Account Optimization: Cultivate, nourish, and defend key corporate client portfolios—implementing proactive engagement plans to capture ongoing campaign briefs and maximize account lifetime value (LTV).

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor real-time revenue capture figures against monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate goals, presenting detailed performance variance sheets and revenue forecasts to management.

5. Technical Supervision & Market Intelligence

  • BDO Team Leadership: Provide day-to-day managerial oversight, route planning advice, and performance coaching to a team of Business Development Officers—setting clear KPIs and holding them accountable to pipeline targets.

  • Market Auditing: Track regional media consumption patterns, competitive pricing, emerging digital OOH trends, and regulatory shifts to constantly reposition our advertising assets ahead of the market curve.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education & Academic Anchors

  • Degree Baseline: Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc. / B.A.) in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, International Relations, or a related commercial/behavioral discipline from an accredited tertiary institution.

Experience Parameters & Portfolio Depth

  • Domain Longevity: 4 to 6 years of progressive, verifiable experience operating directly within a core B2B Sales, Account Management, or Corporate Business Development environment.

  • Sector Footprint: Direct, proven experience driving media sales within the advertising agency ecosystem, digital media spaces, or the Out-of-Home (OOH) media infrastructure industry is a strong advantage.

  • Revenue Validation: A clear, verifiable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding high-volume commercial revenue quotas and campaign asset monetization metrics.
