Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially driven Business Development & Partnerships Officer to act as a catalyst for our organizational growth. This role is designed for a strategic "executor" who can identify high-value market opportunities and nurture them into sustainable, revenue-generating partnerships. You will bridge the gap between initial market research and final agreement execution, ensuring that our brand message remains consistent across all platforms—from newsletters to social media. Requirements:
1. Market Intelligence & Opportunity Identification
Strategic Research: Identify and analyze potential markets, high-value clients, and innovative partnership opportunities.
Competitor Benchmarking: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights that shape our long-term business strategy.
Data Analysis: Compile and analyze market data to support the B.D. & Partnerships Lead in strategic planning and decision-making.
2. Partnership Management & Channel Synergy
Proposal Development: Assist in drafting compelling partnership proposals, legal agreements, and professional communication materials.
Omnichannel Consistency: Monitor and ensure that all B.D./Partnership initiatives are consistently represented across Instagram posts, newsletters, and website advertisements.
Performance Tracking: Monitor partnership performance across various marketing channels and compile detailed reports for executive analysis.
3. Stakeholder Liaison & Operational Support
Engagement & Retention: Manage client follow-ups and inquiries, ensuring a high level of engagement and professional satisfaction.
Project Coordination: Support the planning and execution of business development projects, ensuring that all action items from meetings are tracked and completed.
Administrative Governance: Take precise minutes in strategic meetings and prepare regular performance reports on B.D. activities and key results (KPIs).
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Experience
Academic Background: Higher qualification in Business Management or a related discipline. A postgraduate or professional qualification is an added advantage.
Proven Tenure: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development Management (BDM), Marketing, or Sales.
Core Expertise: Essential experience in managing professional partnerships and commercially driven marketing initiatives.
