Job Description:
- Our client is seeking a Business Development / Operations Officer to support business growth while improving operational efficiency.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business leads, negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, and streamlining internal operational workflows to support revenue growth and organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage new business leads and opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong client and partner relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals
- Analyze market data and industry trends to identify growth opportunities
- Support the implementation of operational processes that improve efficiency
- Coordinate sales and partnership activities
- Monitor business performance and prepare reports
- Support management in executing business growth strategies
Requirements:
- Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc. Degree
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Business Development, Operations, or a related role
- Strong strategic, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales, partnership management, and business growth initiatives
- Ability to make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
