Job Description:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets
- Develop a pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, or online research
- Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients to present the company’s products/services
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Follow up on prospects and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to company revenue goals
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations
- Maintain records of sales activities and report performance to management
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback
- Provide insights to management for business planning and product/service development
- Help develop and implement business development strategies and campaigns
- Submit regular reports on performance, opportunities, and challenges
Requirements:
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 3 - 6 years of work experience.
Salary
