Job Description:

Doctorcare247 is scaling rapidly, and we are looking for a high-impact Business Development Officer to lead our expansion. You will own the growth agenda across three strategic pillars: General Health, Youth Health, and Fitness & Wellness. This is a high-autonomy role for a deal-maker who thrives on building complex partnerships, securing high-value contracts, and driving revenue in the digital health space. Requirements:

  • General Health (B2B & HMOs): Spearhead the acquisition of corporate clients, SMEs, and HMOs. Build a comprehensive referral network including diagnostic centers and pharmacies to broaden our service ecosystem.

  • Youth Health (EdTech/Gov/NGO): Lead campus-wide telehealth initiatives by partnering with universities and student unions. Secure government MoUs and design campaigns to drive youth acquisition and engagement.

  • Fitness & Wellness: Forge strategic alliances with gyms, wellness brands, and apps. Create innovative "bundled" service offerings and negotiate revenue-share agreements that create mutual value.

  • Pipeline & Strategy: Conduct deep-dive market research to size opportunities and set quarterly KPIs. You will manage the entire sales pipeline, from initial lead sourcing to final contract negotiation.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, clinical, and marketing teams to tailor our digital health solutions for specific client needs and ensure seamless onboarding.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Health Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in B2B sales or Business Development (Insurance, Service Industry, or Health-tech experience is highly preferred).
