Job Description:

Business Growth & Revenue Generation:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, clients, and partnerships to meet company revenue goals.
  • Analyze market trends to develop entry strategies and identify untapped segments (e.g., co-living, smart buildings, real estate developers, facility management firms).

 

Strategic Partnerships:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate ecosystem — developers, landlords, brokers, tech vendors, and enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate with partners to co-develop solutions that integrate with the company’s technology offerings (e.g., digital listings, property management tools, rental platforms).

 

Product & Market Alignment:

  • Work closely with Product and Marketing teams to provide market feedback and insights that influence roadmap development and positioning strategies.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and customer feedback sessions to improve the value proposition and client experience.

 

Sales Reporting / Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate sales and CRM records, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports for leadership.
  • Deliver monthly/quarterly sales targets and growth forecasts.

 

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with the Marketing team on lead generation campaigns, events, and brand awareness strategies.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Finance teams to structure deals and ensure contractual compliance.
  • KSAs (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
  • Strong knowledge of B2B sales.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate value chain, including leasing, property management, and tech adoption trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage).
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in business development, preferably within Property Tech, real estate, or technology startups.
