Job Description:
Develop and execute long-term business development and marketing strategies that align with company goals.
Drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders across diverse industries.
Oversee and optimize sales pipeline management for both new and existing clients.
Provide market insights on pricing, service offerings, and competitor positioning.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the Business Development, Sales, and Marketing teams to consistently exceed targets.
Monitor industry trends and provide thought leadership to position the company ahead of competitors.
Collaborate with internal teams to influence product development and ensure alignment with client needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years post-NYSC experience, with at least 6 years in Sales and Business Development.
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in a BDM leadership role.
- Strong expertise in marketing principles, competitive analysis, and sales enablement tools.
