Job Description:

  • Our client, a cybersecurity company, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build strategic client relationships.
  • The ideal candidate must possess strong B2B and B2C sales experience, exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, and access to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and key decision-makers.
  • The successful candidate must be highly self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of independently identifying and converting business opportunities within the cybersecurity space.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate and individual client segments.
  • Drive sales growth through strategic prospecting, networking, and relationship management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, executives, and key stakeholders.
  • Present cybersecurity solutions effectively to prospective clients and partners.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and performance reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
  • Strong B2B and B2C sales experience is required.
  • Prior experience in the technology or cybersecurity industry is an added advantage.
  • Must have access to high-net-worth individuals and strong professional networks.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills

Salary

N500,000 – N600,000 Monthly.
