Job Summary

• We are seeking a strategic thinker, who is a highly driven Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition, promote our consulting services, and build strategic partnerships across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients (SMEs, startups, and corporate organizations)
• Promote the company’s consulting and business support services
• Generate leads through field visits, networking, and digital outreach
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct business presentations and proposal pitching
• Close deals and achieve revenue targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client solutions
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Submit dailysales and performance reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 2 – 5 years experience in business development, consulting, or B2B sales
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
• Strong understanding of SMEs and business operations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Existing network within business communities is a strong advantage.
