We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Business Development Executive to join our team at Zolon. You will be the face of our organization, building and maintaining strategic professional relationships with healthcare practitioners across Nigeria. The ideal candidate is a pharmacy or biological sciences graduate with a passion for sales, clinical communication, and market growth. Requirements:
Territory Management: Create and execute objective-driven call plans to maximize product awareness and sales performance within your assigned territory.
Relationship Building: Build and nurture lasting business relationships with healthcare professionals; act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer requirements.
Clinical Promotion: Utilize your scientific knowledge to present products effectively, ensuring practitioners have accurate, up-to-date information.
Sales Execution: Distribute samples in compliance with company guidelines and actively prospect for new business opportunities to evaluate sales potential.
Reporting & Collaboration: Utilize reporting tools to track performance, share insights with the Regional Manager, and achieve territorial sales objectives.
Brand Representation: Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events, and product demonstrations with professionalism and integrity.
Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN) laws, regulations, and company core values.
Meeting Participation: Actively attend and contribute to monthly Plan of Action (POA) meetings.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Biological Sciences from a reputable university.
Experience: 1–3 years of proven sales experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
Mobility: Must be flexible and ready to work in any part of Nigeria as assigned.
Core Competencies:
Demonstrated ability to promote and sell goods, services, and concepts.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Independent worker who is creative, proactive, and requires minimal supervision.
Excellent technology skills, including email management, internet research, business analytics, and presentation preparation.
