Job Description:
- Develop and implement growth strategies in line with the Company’s vision and mission.
- Proactively identifying and qualifying new business leads and opportunities within the research and consulting industry.
- Building and maintaining strong long-term relationships with key stakeholders, decision makers and clients to foster repeat business.
- Conducting thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs and potential new markets for research services.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to enhance the Company’s market position.
- Developing compelling presentations, demos and proposals that effectively showcase the Company’s research solutions.
- Tracking and managing the entire sales pipeline, from initial contact to closing deals, and meeting monthly and annual sales targets.
- Working closely with the technical and research teams to ensure solutions are tailored to client requirements.
- Representing the Company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and network with potential clients.
- Preparing regular reports on sales performance and forecasting future revenue.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of driving business growth and forming strategic partnerships.
- Strong understanding of the research market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly motivated and results oriented.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Experience with market research and analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and work independently.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Candidates must be citizens of the country they are applying to.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Administration, Marketing or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the research industry.
