Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and commercially elite Sales & Business Development Executive to anchor the growth engine of our gift and decor store. In the specialized landscape of lifestyle retail, success is defined by "Revenue Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize aesthetic brand positioning with the clinical precision required for Seasonal Campaign Execution, Product Bundling, and Multi-Channel Optimization. This role is designed for a "Growth Architect" who can blend "Commercial Grit" (setting targets and closing partnerships) with the "Creative Agility" required to lead Social Media Managers and Content Creators in driving urgency and foot traffic.
Requirements:
1. Revenue Orchestration & Strategy Governance
Strategy Sovereignty: Develop and implement weekly/monthly sales strategies with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Growth Logic."
Invention Architecture: Identify new revenue opportunities (upselling, product bundles, and seasonal campaigns), providing the "Structural Foundation" for increased average transaction value.
Target Stewardship: Set clear sales targets and actionable plans, ensuring the "Source of Team Direction" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Leadership Logic
Coordination Sovereignty: Align the Social Media and Content teams with core sales objectives, acting as the primary "Source of Creative Synchronization."
Leadership Architecture: Provide direction to Sales Representatives and the Store Manager, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for improving in-store and online conversion rates.
Culture Stewardship: Foster a performance-driven culture and accountability within the team, maintaining the "Source of Operational Excellence."
3. Market Integrity & Performance Power
Development Sovereignty: Pursue new partnerships and customer segments to expand the base, acting as the primary "Source of Business Expansion."
Campaign Architecture: Oversee the seamless execution of promotions and product launches across all channels, providing the "Visual Foundation" for driving retail urgency.
Velocity Logic: Utilize data analytics and trend monitoring to identify gaps and opportunities, maximizing the "Source of Commercial Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or Economics.
Experience: Proven track record in Sales or Business Development (Retail/Lifestyle experience is a major bonus).
Skills: Strong understanding of Retail Dynamics, Pricing Strategies, and Customer Psychology.
Leadership: Excellent team coordination skills with the ability to manage creative and operational staff.
