Job Description:
KPI's
- Support the Business Development team in conducting Technical Site Surveys (TSS) for captive, embedded generation, and Interconnected grid energy projects.
- Carry out preliminary technical assessments including load analysis, energy consumption evaluation, diesel consumption analysis, and infrastructure assessment.
- Support system sizing, preliminary designs, and development of technical solutions for solar PV and hybrid energy systems.
- Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals, presentations, RFQs, tenders, and customer-facing documentation.
- Participate in client meetings, technical discussions, and site visits to support opportunity origination and project development activities.
- Conduct feasibility assessments, energy savings analysis, and support financial evaluations for renewable energy projects.
- Coordinate with design and engineering, finance, legal, operations, EPC contractors and OEMs to support project development processes.
- Support market research, pipeline development, and identification of renewable energy opportunities across C&I and grid-focused customers.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, technical reports, site assessment records, and pipeline tracking information.
- Support the successful development and closure of renewable energy opportunities through effective technical and commercial collaboration.
Requirements:
- First degree in Engineering {Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or Renewable Energy
- engineering} or related discipline.
- 3–5 years’ experience in renewable energy, solar PV, power systems, or related
- technical.
- Project development and management skills
- Ability to innovate and solve problems.Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Experience and proven ability to collaborate across teams.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Practiced flexibility to lend a hand wherever needed.
- Enthusiasm in working in the field of renewable energy!
- Experience in Microsoft suites
- Experience with Homer, PVsyst
