Job Description:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.
• Develop and implement strategies for market penetration and expansion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, potential clients, and competitors.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to create tailored business proposals.
• Manage and negotiate contracts, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Prepare and present reports on business development activities and outcomes to senior leadership.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the company.

Requirements:

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance goals.
• Familiarity with software and sales tracking tools.
• A solid understanding of market research and competitive analysis.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (2+ years preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
