Job Description:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase client acquisition and portfolio growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and partners.
• Develop marketing and outreach strategies to promote the institution’s financial products and services.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with management to design business expansion plans and set achievable targets.
• Prepare and present business reports, proposals, and performance reviews.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, preferably within the microfinance, banking, or financial services sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet business targets.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
