Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Corp Member to anchor the administrative engine of our HR and Operations team. In a specialized corporate landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the vetting process and the precision of the record-keeping success is defined by "Administrative Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize departmental support with the clinical precision required for Salary Schedule Verification, Offer Letter Auditing, and Database Management. This role is designed for an "Operational Architect" specifically a top-tier graduate with a 2:1 degree or higher who can blend "Clerical Grit" (maintaining organized physical and digital filing systems) with the "Analytical Agility" required to execute Policy Compliance Checks and Financial Detail Vetting.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Compliance Governance
Sovereignty of the Schedule: Vet salary schedules and account details for contract staff with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Disbursement Accuracy."
Verification Architecture: Audit offer letters to ensure 100% compliance with company policies, providing the "Structural Foundation" for legal and operational security.
Integrity Stewardship: Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital), ensuring the "Source of Institutional Memory" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Operational Logic
Database Sovereignty: Manage and maintain accurate records and databases, acting as the primary "Source of Data Integrity."
Support Architecture: Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical assistance to the HR/Admin team, providing the "Functional Foundation" for departmental throughput.
Advisory Stewardship: Carry out specialized tasks as assigned by the Head of Department, maintaining the "Source of Adaptive Support."
3. Operational Integrity & Efficiency Power
Policy Sovereignty: Ensure all contract documentation aligns strictly with internal procedures, acting as the primary "Source of Procedural Fidelity."
Systemic Architecture: Utilize Excel proficiency to streamline data entry and reporting, providing the "Relational Foundation" for modern administrative workflows.
Velocity Logic: Utilize Academic Excellence (2:1 or Higher) to accelerate the "Task-to-Completion" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Departmental Velocity.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: B.Sc. or HND in Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Academic Standing: Candidate must hold a 2:1 degree or higher.
Technical Power: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an added advantage.
Competencies: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Status: Currently serving Corp Member (NYSC).
