Job Description:

  • Drive Mshel Homes’ brand positioning, marketing strategies, and growth initiatives across all channels. 
  • Safeguard the company’s reputation and manage public, media, and stakeholder relationships
  • Develop, implement, and maintain strong brand identity and guidelines for Mshel Homes.
  • Lead creative marketing strategies and develop unique product themes. 
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, brand assets, and communication tools.
  • Ensure brand consistency across campaigns, platforms, and customer touchpoints.
  • Lead brand positioning efforts to increase visibility and market competitiveness.
  • Draft and manage internal and external communication materials, including memos, newsletters, press releases, speeches, and official statements.
  • Serve as the communication advisor to management and ensure key messages represent the company’s values and objectives.
  • Coordinate all corporate announcements, public statements, and updates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry stakeholders.
  • Manage press conferences, media interviews, coverage requests, and crisis communication.
  • Monitor media trends and generate positive publicity for the company.
  • Oversee the company’s digital presence, including website content, social media platforms, and online reputation.
  • Supervise the development of content calendars, digital campaigns, and multimedia materials.
  • Track performance metrics and optimize content for engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.
  • Manage brand perception through proactive engagement, storytelling, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
  • Excellent brand management and PR expertise.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, content strategy, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong leadership, creativity, and strategic thinking.
  • Crisis management and stakeholder management abilities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Media Studies, or related field.
  • Master’s degree is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years experience in corporate brand management, PR, or communications.
  • Experience in a media, branding, or creative agency environment is preferred.
