Job Description:
- Drive Mshel Homes’ brand positioning, marketing strategies, and growth initiatives across all channels.
- Safeguard the company’s reputation and manage public, media, and stakeholder relationships
- Develop, implement, and maintain strong brand identity and guidelines for Mshel Homes.
- Lead creative marketing strategies and develop unique product themes.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, brand assets, and communication tools.
- Ensure brand consistency across campaigns, platforms, and customer touchpoints.
- Lead brand positioning efforts to increase visibility and market competitiveness.
- Draft and manage internal and external communication materials, including memos, newsletters, press releases, speeches, and official statements.
- Serve as the communication advisor to management and ensure key messages represent the company’s values and objectives.
- Coordinate all corporate announcements, public statements, and updates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry stakeholders.
- Manage press conferences, media interviews, coverage requests, and crisis communication.
- Monitor media trends and generate positive publicity for the company.
- Oversee the company’s digital presence, including website content, social media platforms, and online reputation.
- Supervise the development of content calendars, digital campaigns, and multimedia materials.
- Track performance metrics and optimize content for engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.
- Manage brand perception through proactive engagement, storytelling, and stakeholder communication.
Requirements:
- Strong communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
- Excellent brand management and PR expertise.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, content strategy, and analytics tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership, creativity, and strategic thinking.
- Crisis management and stakeholder management abilities.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Media Studies, or related field.
- Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5–7 years experience in corporate brand management, PR, or communications.
- Experience in a media, branding, or creative agency environment is preferred.
