Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented BI/Data Analyst to help drive our business strategy through data. You will lead the development of our data architecture, manage data warehousing, and build scalable ETL pipelines. Your primary goal is to transform raw data into actionable intelligence that helps our product, marketing, and engineering teams innovate and grow.

Requirements:

• Data Infrastructure: Design and maintain scalable data models and ETL pipelines, ensuring data accuracy, security, and accessibility across the organization.

• Strategic Analytics: Own key growth metrics—such as conversion rates, user segmentation, and retention—to identify trends and opportunities.

• Visualization & Reporting: Create clear, intuitive dashboards that effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical leadership.

• Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to implement event tracking, design A/B tests, and measure the success of new features.

• Data Fluency: Act as a data advocate, helping stakeholders across the company interpret metrics and make informed, evidence-based decisions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.

• Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or a similar role.

• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation; experience with Python or R for statistical modeling.

• Tools: Proficiency with BI software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude).

• Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL design, and experimentation frameworks (A/B testing).

• Communication: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex analytical findings into clear, concise insights for diverse stakeholders.
