Job Description:
- Review financial documents for correctness
- Assist with internal audit checks
- Help verify receipts, invoices, entries & files
- Identify discrepancies and report findings
- Perform basic compliance checks
- Prepare audit working papers
- Assist with simple reconciliations
- Maintain organised audit documentation
- Support VictoriaHalf’s audit training tasks
- Work with the Executive Operations Assistant to ensure audit tasks flow properly
Requirements:
- OND / HND / BSc in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Strong understanding of auditing & bookkeeping
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong accuracy in documentation
- Good use of Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must work in-house, not remotely
- Should be able to prepare the financial statement
- Assist in bank reconciliation reviews
- Review petty cash and expense reports
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
