Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Assistant Managing Director (AMD) to anchor the operational engine of our branch. In the specialized landscape of luxury and residential real estate, success is defined by "Operational Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-stakes sales targets with the clinical precision required for Strategic Planning, Risk Management, and Team Leadership. This role is designed for a "Strategic Architect" with a proven track record in real estate sales who can blend "Commercial Grit" (negotiating and closing property deals) with the "Executive Agility" required to provide leadership to department heads and assist the Managing Director in board-level objectives.

Requirements:

1. Strategic Orchestration & Branch Governance

  • Strategic Sovereignty: Assist the MD in implementing company-wide strategic plans with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Execution Excellence."

  • Operational Architecture: Oversee daily branch operations to ensure alignment with long-term goals, providing the "Structural Foundation" for sustainable business growth.

  • Leadership Stewardship: Provide guidance to department heads and managers, ensuring the "Source of Performance Culture" is elite and innovation-driven.

2. Tactical Resilience & Market Logic

  • Commercial Sovereignty: Analyze business performance and provide insight-driven recommendations, acting as the primary "Source of Market Agility."

  • Relationship Architecture: Support the MD in managing key stakeholders including investors, clients, and partners, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for institutional trust.

  • Project Stewardship: Lead special projects and initiatives as assigned, maintaining the "Source of Adaptive Leadership."

3. Fiscal Integrity & Performance Power

  • Financial Sovereignty: Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial reports, and board presentations, acting as the primary "Source of Fiscal Transparency."

  • Compliance Architecture: Ensure 100% adherence to industry regulations and company policies, providing the "Visual Foundation" for risk mitigation.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize Real Estate Sales expertise to oversee marketing and sales workflows, maximizing the "Source of Revenue Velocity."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Experience: Proven track record in Real Estate Sales (Residential or Commercial property sales is highly desirable).

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Estate Management, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Skills: Strong negotiation, closing, and interpersonal skills; deep understanding of financing options and property types.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication for executive-level reporting and representation.
