Job Description:

• Support the effective management of plantation operations by coordinating field activities, supervising workforce, and ensuring optimal productivity across assigned divisions.
• The Assistant Division Officer plays a key role in executing agronomic practices and maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing daily plantation activities (planting, harvesting, pruning, and maintenance).
• Supervise field workers and ensure productivity targets are met.
• Monitor crop health, yield performance, and field conditions.
• Ensure proper application of fertilizers, pesticides, and agronomic practices.
• Maintain accurate records of field activities, labor, and input usage.
• Support implementation of health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Identify operational challenges and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate logistics for harvesting and evacuation of fresh fruit bunches (FFB).
• Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for field operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.

• Yield per Hectare Achievement > 85% annually
• Harvesting Efficiency > 90% monthly
• Labor Productivity Rate > 85%
• Field Losses < 5% per harvest cycle
• Input Utilization Efficiency > 90%
• HSE Compliance Rate = 100%

Requirements:

Educational Qualifications:

• BSc or HND in Agriculture, Agronomy, Forestry, or related field

Professional Certifications:

• Relevant agricultural or plantation management certifications (added advantage)

Experience Requirement

• 4–6 years relevant experience in plantation or farm management, preferably in oil palm operations.
