Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Manager to oversee and manage multiple outlets, ensure operational excellence, and drive sales performance across assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of multiple stores within assigned area
- Drive sales growth and ensure outlets meet revenue targets
- Supervise, coach, and evaluate Outlet Managers and store teams
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures
- Monitor inventory control, cost management, and loss prevention
- Analyze performance reports and implement improvement strategies
- Handle escalated customer and operational issues
Requirements:
- HND / BSc Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience managing multiple outlets (QSR or retail preferred)
- Strong leadership, people management, and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Salary
