Job Description:

We are seeking a technically proficient and detail-oriented Architect to manage the full lifecycle of architectural design, from initial concept to construction execution. You will be the primary bridge between the design office and the construction site, ensuring that our architectural vision is translated into accurate, buildable, and compliant structures. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in architectural practice, a mastery of Revit, and a deep understanding of the practical realities of construction.

Requirements:

Design & Documentation

• Concept to Construction: Develop architectural concepts, detailed blueprints, and 3D models based on project briefs.

• Documentation: Prepare comprehensive construction documentation, schedules, and specifications while maintaining strict version control and drawing standards.

• Technical Integrity: Ensure all designs are functional, buildable, and fully aligned with project objectives.

Technical Coordination & Site Support

• Multidisciplinary Coordination: Lead the integration of structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), and other consultant drawings to ensure a clash-free design.

• Construction Liaison: Partner closely with Project Managers and Site Engineers to resolve design issues as they arise.

• Execution Oversight: Respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) and site queries, ensuring the architectural intent is maintained throughout the construction phase.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: 5–8 years of experience in professional architectural practice.

• Technical Mastery:

  • Mandatory: Expert proficiency in Revit.

  • Drafting: Proven ability to produce detailed, high-quality working drawings.

• Core Competencies:

  • Strong working knowledge of construction processes and methodologies.

  • Proficiency in reading and coordinating complex engineering drawings.

  • Sharp attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a high-paced construction environment.
