We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite AI / Full Stack Engineer to anchor the innovation engine of our team in Enugu. In a specialized digital landscapewhere institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the deployment and the precision of the model success is defined by "Algorithmic Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize full-stack web development with the clinical precision required for AI-Driven Features, WordPress Customization, and Scalable Backend Architecture. This role is designed for a "Technical Architect", specifically a professional with 3 to 5 years of experience who can blend "Creative Grit" (building bespoke plugins and themes) with the "Analytical Agility" required to deploy Predictive Analytics and Machine Learning Models.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Intelligence Governance

• Sovereignty of the Model: Design and implement AI-driven features (chatbots, recommendation engines) with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Intelligent Automation."

• Integration Architecture: Deploy ML models into web applications using TensorFlow or PyTorch, providing the "Structural Foundation" for data-driven user experiences.

• Integrity Stewardship: Monitor AI solutions for performance and scalability, ensuring the "Source of Algorithmic Accuracy" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Full-Stack Logic

• Application Sovereignty: Design scalable web applications using PHP, Node.js, or Python, acting as the primary "Source of Backend Robustness."

• WordPress Architecture: Develop and secure customized themes and plugins, providing the "Functional Foundation" for high-performance CMS ecosystems.

• Interface Stewardship: Implement responsive designs and REST APIs, maintaining the "Source of Seamless Connectivity."

3. Operational Integrity & Collaboration Power

• Data Sovereignty: Manage database design and optimization (MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL), acting as the primary "Source of Information Integrity."

• Collaboration Architecture: Partner with UI/UX and Marketing teams to deliver functional products, providing the "Relational Foundation" for cross-functional success.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: 3 – 5 years in WordPress and Full-Stack development.

• AI Power: Proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn and AI-powered automation.

• Stack Power: Expert knowledge of PHP, JavaScript (React/Angular/Vue), Python, and Node.js.

• Database Power: Mastery of MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
