Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable professional to gain valuable experience in an administrative support role within a fast-paced work environment.

Requirements:

  • Office Administration: Provide comprehensive clerical support to the team, manage office documentation, and maintain organized filing systems.

  • Communication Management: Act as the first point of contact by handling incoming calls, emails, and professional correspondence.

  • Scheduling & Coordination: Manage office calendars, assist with meeting scheduling, and support administrative planning.

  • Office Logistics: Monitor office supply inventory, coordinate procurement requests, and ensure the workspace remains clean, organized, and fully functional.

  • Data & Documentation: Perform accurate data entry, prepare documents, compile reports, and manage photocopying, scanning, and document dispatch.

  • Front Office Duties: Welcome visitors professionally and direct them to the appropriate departments.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Minimum qualification of OND, SSCE, or equivalent.

  • Experience: 0 – 1 year of experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook).

  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
