Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Administrative Officer to anchor the operational engine of our Ebute-Metta office. In the specialized landscape of Lagos-based commerce, success is defined by "Operational Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize departmental needs with the clinical precision required for File Organization, Correspondence Management, and Policy Compliance. This role is designed for an "Office Architect" who can blend "Administrative Grit" (handling physical mail and ordering supplies) with the "Strategic Agility" required to organize executive events and manage complex digital databases.

Requirements:

1. Logistics Orchestration & Office Governance

  • Operational Sovereignty: Manage day-to-day administrative activities with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Office Stability."

  • Supply Architecture: Monitor and order office equipment and supplies, providing the "Structural Foundation" for uninterrupted staff productivity.

  • Compliance Stewardship: Ensure the office remains 100% compliant with health and safety policies, ensuring the "Source of Workplace Integrity" is elite.

2. Tactical Resilience & Information Logic

  • Data Sovereignty: Maintain and organize digital and physical files, acting as the primary "Source of Retrievable Intelligence."

  • Correspondence Architecture: Handle all incoming and outgoing emails and calls with professional clarity, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for stakeholder communication.

  • Documentation Stewardship: Prepare high-fidelity reports, memos, and letters, maintaining the "Source of Formal Record-Keeping."

3. Schedule Integrity & Performance Power

  • Event Sovereignty: Organize meetings, appointments, and corporate events, acting as the primary "Source of Team Coordination."

  • System Architecture: Coordinate office procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness, providing the "Visual Foundation" for a smooth inter-departmental workflow.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Experience: Proven experience as an Administrative Officer, Office Admin, or a similar leadership-support role.

  • Education: A degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).

  • Tech Mastery: High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
