Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Admin Officer to anchor the operational engine of our Aesthetic Division in Lekki. In a premium medical-beauty landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the service and the precision of the client experience success is defined by "Operational Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize daily clinic administration with the clinical precision required for Appointment Coordination, Inventory Tracking, and Client-Focused Communication. This role is designed for an "Operational Architect", specifically a professional with 3 to 5 years of experience who can blend "Administrative Grit" (maintaining high-fidelity records and filing systems) with the "Technical Agility" required to master Microsoft Office and Clinic Management Tools.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Experience Governance
Sovereignty of the Front Desk: Manage all client-facing operations with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Aesthetic Professionalism."
Inquiry Architecture: Attend to client inquiries and resolve administrative bottlenecks, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a seamless patient journey.
Integrity Stewardship: Maintain a welcoming and high-standard clinic environment, ensuring the "Source of Premium Hospitality" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Coordination Logic
Booking Sovereignty: Schedule and coordinate appointments with high fidelity, acting as the primary "Source of Clinic Utilization."
Communication Architecture: Handle all emails, correspondence, and internal data flows, providing the "Functional Foundation" for departmental alignment.
Systemic Stewardship: Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and documentation, maintaining the "Source of Operational Evidence."
3. Operational Integrity & Resource Power
Inventory Sovereignty: Support tracking and administrative oversight of clinical supplies, acting as the primary "Source of Resource Readiness."
Process Architecture: Execute daily administrative tasks to support the wider aesthetic team, providing the "Relational Foundation" for surgical and non-surgical throughput.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 3–5 years of specialized expertise to accelerate the "Inquiry-to-Booking-to-Filing" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Division Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience: 3 – 5 years in an administrative role (Experience in Healthcare or Aesthetic Clinics is a significant advantage).
Technical Power: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern administrative software.
Location: Must be able to operate from Lekki, Lagos.
