Job Description:

We are seeking a structurally elite and operationally rigorous Admin Manager to anchor the administrative nerve center of our construction consulting and contracting operations. In a specialized construction landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of the project-relay and the precision of the facility-filter success is defined by "Administrative Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize high-volume office operations with the clinical precision required for Facility Integrity, Resource Management, and Staff-Conduct Governance. This role is designed as an "Operational Anchor" a critical position for an ambitious professional who can blend "Managerial Grit" (mastering site maintenance and security) with the "Structural Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Office and Asset-Management Workflows.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Infrastructure Governance

  • Sovereignty of the Office: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of administrative staff, acting as the primary "Source of Operational Throughput."

  • Facility Architecture: Oversee office maintenance, security, and facility management, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a safe and functional work environment.

2. Tactical Resilience & Resource Logic
