Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant to support the Office of the Executive Director. This position plays a key role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations of the Executive Director’s office and contributes to the overall effectiveness of the College’s leadership and mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Director, including calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including phone calls, emails, and visitors
- Prepare, edit, and organize correspondence, reports, presentations, and official documents
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items
- Maintain accurate and confidential records and files
- Assist with planning and logistics for board meetings, college events, and special projects
- Monitor office supplies and assist with basic budget tracking and purchasing requests
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned in support of college operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior administrative or office support role in a reputable school
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
