Job Description:

Requirements:
1. Coordination Orchestration & Scheduling Governance
Scheduling Sovereignty: Manage complex calendars, book appointments, and coordinate travel with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Time Optimization."
Meeting Architecture: Arrange and coordinate high-stakes meetings and events, providing the "Structural Foundation" for executive and team alignment.
Communication Stewardship: Answer phones and route messages with professional grace, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Connectivity" is elite.
2. Documentation Resilience & Operational Logic
Management Sovereignty: Prepare, edit, and proofread reports and memos, acting as the primary "Source of High-Fidelity Business Documentation."
Filing Architecture: Maintain and optimize physical and digital filing systems, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for data retrieval and records integrity.
Inventory Stewardship: Order supplies and manage office equipment maintenance, maintaining the "Source of Resource Continuity."
3. Support Integrity & Performance Power
Support Sovereignty: Assist with data entry and basic bookkeeping, acting as the primary "Source of Operational Synergy" for the management team.
Processing Architecture: Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and logistics, providing the "Visual Foundation" for seamless daily office flow.

Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: HND or BSc degree is required.
Technical Mastery: Highly conversant with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and various database/presentation software.
Experience: Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and work effectively in a team.
