Job Description:
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies and stationery.
- Ensure office equipment is functional and liaise with vendors for repairs
- Update internal databases and trackers (e.g., expenses, inventory)
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure all documentation and records comply with company policies and confidentiality standards.
- Maintain a well-organized filing and retrieval system (both digital and physical).
- Monitor and report facility maintenance needs to ensure a clean, safe, and functional environment.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)
- All records and reports are accurate and up to date.
- Reports and requisitions are submitted on time.
- No delay or shortage of supplies.
- Tasks and communication between departments are handled promptly.
- All documents are well-organized and easy to find.
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in an administrative role, preferably in a service-oriented or wellness environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Professional, proactive, and reliable attitude.
