Job Description:
- Manage office records, files, and documentation
- Handle correspondence (calls, emails, messages)
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
- Support HR and management with administrative tasks
- Maintain office supplies and general office organization
- Prepare reports and assist with data entry
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in a relevant field
- Proven experience as an Admin Assistant or similar role is an advantage
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
