Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Administrative and Finance Manager to anchor the operational and fiscal engine of our Lagos-based organization. In the complex landscape of community impact and youth education, success is defined by "Structural Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize daily office logistics with the clinical precision required for Grant Tracking, Audit Readiness, and Statutory Compliance (SCUML, FIRS, LIRS). This role is designed for a "Systems Architect" with 1–2 years of accounting or audit firm experience who can blend "Fiscal Grit" (managing ledgers and tax filings) with the "Empathic Agility" required to engage with teenagers and underserved communities.
Requirements:
1. Fiscal Orchestration & Compliance Governance
Budgetary Sovereignty: Develop and monitor annual budgets with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Financial Alignment."
Compliance Architecture: Ensure 100% adherence to statutory requirements (Pension, Tax, SCUML), providing the "Structural Foundation" for regulatory de-risking.
Audit Stewardship: Liaise with external auditors and maintain pristine records, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Transparency" is elite and audit-ready.
2. Operational Resilience & Asset Logic
Office Sovereignty: Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of facilities and supplies, acting as the primary "Source of Workplace Efficiency."
Asset Architecture: Track office assets and oversee IT/vendor management, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for resource optimization.
Logistics Stewardship: Coordinate high-fidelity travel and training events, maintaining the "Source of Internal Coordination" across all project teams.
3. People Integrity & Leadership Power
HR Sovereignty: Support the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to leave tracking—acting as the primary "Source of Personnel Data Integrity."
Stakeholder Architecture: Build positive relationships with donors, staff, and underserved youth, providing the "Visual Foundation" for community impact.
Strategic Logic: Assist senior management with research and fundraising execution, utilizing 1–2 years of audit-standard expertise to maximize the "Source of Strategic Reporting."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Minimum 2:1).
Experience: 1–2 years within an Accounting or Audit firm; NYSC completion is mandatory.
Technical Mastery: High proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) and accounting software systems.
